SO much better. Because people have to say right away what they are thinking. With texting, sometimes people might actually be trying too hard to word everything the way they want to. But talking on the phone, you don’t really have the time to fluff anything up. It’s either you’re comfortable talking to them and click, or you don’t. Saves so much more time.
